Crystal Rock Campground Policies
The following policies apply to Crystal Rock Campground. Cabin campers are also subject to our cabin rules.
You must be AGE 18 OR OVER TO RENT A CAMPSITE. You must be age 21 or over to rent a cabin.
NOTICE: You must be 21 years of age to possess alcohol in the state of Ohio (enforced). No smoking in campground buildings.Do not destroy trees, fences, or site posts. Burning of any object belonging to the campground (picnic tables, fences, posts, or rails, etc.) will constitute a rules violation and will result in eviction with no refund and payment for damages. Vandalism of any kind will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate eviction.
ALCOHOL: The use of alcoholic beverages must be confined to each camper’s site. Consequently we ask that no alcoholic beverages be taken inside of our buildings, playground or restrooms.
NOTE: No 50/30 reducers permitted (Dog Bone, Cheater, or Pigtail plugs).
CAMPFIRES: Campfires must be attended at all times. Please use fire rings provided. You may not move the fire rings. Absolutely no cutting of trees or brush burning is allowed. No outside firewood is permitted. You may purchase firewood at low cost from our camp store.Your fire ring is for a fire only. Please do not place trash, diapers, or garbage in your fire ring. Do not burn plastic or metal. Burning of any wooden structure(s) will result in prosecution and fines.
VEHICLES: Please drive slow (5 mph). No parking in roadway. Keep roadway clear for campers coming and going. Vehicles must be registered and display car tag.
PARKING: Please do not drive to showers, restrooms, pavilion or game room as parking is limited. All vehicles should remain parked at your campsite unless entering or leaving the campground.
CHILDREN: KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE AT ALL TIMES. Children must be at their sites by 10:00 p.m., and not roaming the campground after dark. Instruct your child not to run through occupied sites or play in the restrooms. Bicycles are prohibited after sunset.
FIREARMS/FIREWORKS: Firearms and fireworks are not permitted. Use of firearms will be cause for removal without a refund. At no time are fireworks permitted in the campground and will be cause for removal.
GARBAGE: All trash is to be bagged and deposited in the dumpsters provided, or bagged and set out in front of your site by 10am for removal.
PETS: No pets are permitted in cabins. Pets are not allowed in restrooms. We otherwise welcome pets, but they must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended at the campground. Campers are responsible for all pet droppings. These must be bagged and disposed of immediately. Barking must be controlled. If it is an annoyance to your fellow campers, you may be asked to leave. ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED AT THE OFFICE AT CHECK IN PER OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
PICNIC TABLES: Tables are offered for your convenience. Please feel free to move them around your site. Cleaning the picnic table is the camper’s responsibility. Any willful damage to picnic tables will be cause for eviction and charges for damages.
PLAYGROUND: Parents are responsible for children while at the playground. Please supervise your children; we want you to enjoy a safe vacation.
QUIET TIME: 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No excessive noise after 11:00 p.m. Your music and TV is for your personal enjoyment and should not be heard outside of your campsite. No generators after 10:00 p.m. or before 9:00 a.m. Children must be at their sites by 10:00 p.m. Please respect your neighbors.
GUESTS: Guests must register upon arrival. No visitors allowed in campground after 11:00 p.m. Guests staying the night will be charged an extra person fee.
CHECKOUT: Checkout is 11:00 a.m. If you wish to lengthen your stay, you must notify management. Your site may have been reserved by another party. Late checkout fees apply. Do not change campsites without approval of management.
RESTROOMS: Please help us keep our restrooms and shower areas clean. Be considerate, and limit your shower time, especially during busy morning hours. If the shower or restroom is dirty or has any broken equipment, please notify the office immediately. Pets are not permitted in restrooms.
WASTE WATER: Draining waste water onto the ground or into open containers is not permitted by the Ohio Department of Health. Discard waste water in specific disposal sites. These areas are marked “gray water” or “sink water.” A dump station is located near the main office for disposal of black water.
REMEMBER: Litter is unattractive. Please help us keep our campground clean. Decent language should be used by everyone as many of our guests are children or older adults. Be respectful of your fellow campers. We strive to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS, OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE WEATHER.
MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR LOSSES ON OUR PREMISES.
Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any person who willfully creates a disturbance to others with no refund. Management reserves the right to make any change in the rules and policies at their discretion at any time.

All campground policies as listed above apply equally to cabin rentals. NO PETS are permitted with cabin rentals. NO SMOKING.
